Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 

  1. Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
  2. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
  3. Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
  4. Attend site meeting if required.
  5. Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
  6. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
  7. Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
  8.  Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
  9. Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
  10. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
  11. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of  such servicing. 
  12. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior. 
  13. In charge of overall subcontractor’s installation works at the project site.
  14. Basic façade/structural technical knowledge will be advantage.

  3. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
  4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  5. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
  6. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Requirements
  • min. 5 years façade project management experience required; 
  • Willing and able to travel overseas frequently for project coordination;
  • Able to identify specialist drawing/architectural/MEP/Structural termination details
  • Good knowledge of Autocad, Inventor or Revit software will be an advantage.

  • Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture  industry will be an added advantage. 
  • ITE NTC cert or 'O' level and above. 
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision

  • Supervise, Lead, motivate and train production and projects personnel in the  areas of QA/QC 
  • Setting quality standards and work closely with the projects and production team  to ensure the standards are met 
  • Identifies training needs and conduct training to the relevant personnel/team  toward quality excellence 
  • Identifies processes to improve production capabilities. Drives Lean, Safety and  Quality. Take corrective actions. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 10 years experiences in QA/QC in manufacturing sector (furniture  industry is preferred)
